Exhibitor Services Manual
Levy Exposition Services is the official decorator for IOSC 2024, and all other official vendors are listed within this manual. A specific email will be sent from operations@levyexpo.com to your main exhibits contact with your company specific link to the online ordering portal. Please refer to this online manual for all show information such as information and deadlines for shipping, ordering services for electrical, audiovisual orders, and more. Please pay close attention to the List of Official Suppliers and Deadline Dates Checklist to ensure timely ordering that will save you money.
Registration
Click here to access exhibitor registration. Your specific registration codes have been sent to your company. Contact registration@iosc.org with any questions regarding exhibitor registration, or if you need your codes re-sent to you. As a reminder:
- IOSC Exhibitor-Only Full Conference Registrations: As an exhibitor/sponsor, you receive complimentary registrations by sponsorship level & booth package purchased. Exhibitors are entitled to (2) complimentary registration passes with every 100 sq ft of booth space purchased (and potentially more based on your sponsorship commitment).
- Additional Full Conference Registrations: Additional Full Conference registrations are offered at a discounted rate for exhibitors. This rate is $575 and gives additional exhibitor full conference attendees access to all sessions, meal functions, and receptions in the Exhibit Hall. This registration type is only applicable to registered exhibitors/sponsors.

Housing
IOSC 2024 Housing is open! IOSC has partnered with five local hotels to provide a discounted room rate for all IOSC attendees & exhibitors. Click here for more information about hotels.
- IMPORTANT: Please be aware of companies that call and email to assist with hotel reservations. They are claiming they can get better rates, that rooms are limited, or are using other sales pitch methods. They are NOT affiliated with IOSC in any way nor are they a partner with IOSC. If you receive a call or email from a company trying to make your hotel reservation, please be aware that this is not sanctioned andDO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION.
