Registration Rates
Start planning your IOSC 2024 experience today! We understand that travel budgets are created a year in advance so we are publishing our rates now in order to guarantee you have enough time to fit IOSC into your 2024 plans.
Registration will officially open in October. In the meantime, use these rates and our Justification Toolkit to begin planning for 2024!

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing to registration@iosc.org and received 60 days in advance of the first day of the event (on or before March 14, 2024) to qualify for a refund, less a $50 USD administrative fee. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of date cancellation received to the original form of payment. After March 14, 2024, there will be no refunds for cancelled registrations., however, substitutions are welcome and must be made in writing to registration@iosc.org and received on or before May 11, 2024. Hotel reservations must be canceled directly with the hotel. IOSC will not be responsible for communicating your cancellation with the hotel.Join Our Mailing List
