NOTICE:  Unauthorized Company Soliciting Housing for Annual Conference

Several exhibitors have reported receiving telephone solicitation calls this week from personnel who say they are associated with Convention Housing Services in connection with housing for IOSC's 2011 Conference in Portland, May 23-26.

Convention Housing Services has not been authorized by IOSC to provide housing for our meeting.

IOSC has secured a housing block providing convenient and discounted room rates for those who attend the 2011 International Oil Spill Conference. These rooms are only available thru IOSC's website or via phone directly with the hotel.

IOSC will address this unfortunate conduct directly with Convention Housing Services. We apologize for any confusion their actions may have caused you.
