IOSC will host a Film Festival as part of the week long event. Three days of short films will be shown by agencies, organizations and individuals in the areas of oil spill related training, education and restoration as well as response and operations activities. An award for the best film will be held during Tuesday’s luncheon. The deadline for submitting films has passed. Please send any questions about the Film Festival to: Mr. Joseph Mullin
